Headlands turns 5 this weekend 🍺

Memorial Day weekend starts early around Lamorinda, with food trucks back in Orinda, a free Raiders of the Lost Ark screening at the Orinda Theatre, and Headlands celebrating five years at its Lafayette beer garden. There’s also a steady run of live music, farmers markets, and casual community events filling up the calendar through the weekend. Feels like everyone suddenly remembered how good late May is around here.

Lafayette's schools are among the best in California — and Measure H keeps them that way. Despite being one of the lowest-funded districts in the state, our schools deliver exceptional results. Measure H replaces the expiring parcel tax, keeping funds local to maintain small class sizes, retain great teachers, and protect property values. Vote YES on or before June 2nd.

Vibrant Lafayette is a grassroots group focused on helping downtown Lafayette become more connected, vibrant, walkable, and economically strong while preserving the character people love. Raise a glass to 10 years of the Lamorinda Appellation at the Lamorinda AVA Celebration on Sunday, May 31 from noon–6pm. Meet the local winemakers behind some of the area’s most unique wines, taste wine grown right here in the Lamorinda hills, and celebrate a decade of community and craftsmanship.
