PRESENTED BY
Hi {{ first_name | neighbor }},
Lafayette Art & Wine Festival fills both Saturday and Sunday with art, food, wine, and free live music. I’d leave room for a little wandering and a few conversations between the booths. Start the weekend early with Tom and The Broken Hearts and Taste of the World food trucks at Thursday Nights in Orinda.

LOCAL BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT
The Child Day Schools: Early Learning in Moraga
The Child Day Schools is tucked into the Rheem Shopping Center, with a tree-shaded playground designed for children of different ages to learn and play outdoors. The school serves toddlers through transitional kindergarten, with programs for children from 12 months through age five.
My own kids went here, so it feels especially good to feature a school that has been part of so many local families’ early years. The campus was named Moraga Business of the Year by the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in April 2024.
Hours: 7 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Full-day, school-day, morning, and part-time options are available.
